少し前のサンクスギビングデーあたりから5th.Aveの有名店舗ではキラキラと独創的なウィンドウの装飾をし始めました。5th.Aveはこのシーズン一度は訪れて欲しいストリートです！”Cartier”, “Bergdorf Goodman”, “Henri Bendel” 、”Saks Fifth Avenue”などの高級有名店が壮大で完璧なウィンドウディスプレイを施し、それを見るためのたくさんの人が列をなしています。
"Cartier"の前にはスポットライトで照らされた豪華な色調とデザインのショーケースにCartierの名前が入った赤い箱が並んでいます。"Cartier"のすぐ近くには、みんなが訪れる”Rockefeller Center”があります。そこには豪華な装飾でイルミネーションを施された世界で一番有名なクリスマスツリーを見ることができます。クリスマスツリーの右下には楽しいスケートリンクがひろがっています。そのあとは”Rockefeller Center”の最上階へあがってみましょう。リニューアルオープンした"Top of the Rock"では、ニューヨークの豪華な景色を楽しむことができます。特に夜は5th.Aveと57th Streetの間に輝く星を見ることができます。 |

One of the best cities in the world to celebrate the coming of the holiday season is New York City. There is so much to see and experience whether you are a tourist or a native New Yorker.
Shortly before Thanksgiving all the major retailers on Fifth Avenue begin to design their windows to a glittery perfection and with such originality. Fifth Avenue is "the avenue" to visit during the holiday season. All the major high end boutiques such as; Cartier, Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel and Saks Fifth Avenue design their windows to such grandeur and perfection that there are lines to view the window displays. Cartier has their signature red boxes adorned on the building’s facade accented by a high powered spotlight to showcase the richness of color and design. In the immediate neighborhood of Cartier you have the number one site that all come to visit, Rockefeller Center. The world famous Christmas tree is illuminated to such grand splendor. Right below the Christmas tree they have a large ice skating rink for all to enjoy. Afterwards, one can go to the top of Rockefeller Center as they have reopened the "Top of the Rock" which has spectacular views of the city, and at night you can see the sparkling star in the middle of Fifth Avenue at 57th Street.
Holiday time in New York City is a spectacular and cherished event for all to enjoy.
